The web site TitanPoker.com has announced that a Frenchman named Thierry Barou has won a seat to the up coming Euro City Poker Tour (ECPT) Madrid Open.

This is the fourth time that the Frenchmen has been able to win a seat at the website that is licensed at Kahnawake. His earlier victories included winning a seat at the European Poker Tour event that was held in Prague in 2007. He has also won a first prize of $80,000 at the Refer a Friend Free roll in 2006. He also stood third and won $75,000 at the Tournament Titan in 2007.

The Madrid tournament is being sponsored by Titan Poker and is open only for the best 200 poker players in the world. The website is running four satellite tournaments a week and the Frenchmen will be joined in Madrid by 30 other winners from Titan Poker.
