As news of banks closing down has become a daily phenomenon, the same is now happening to online casinos. The decision to shut down operations was made by the Board of Directors of Lasseters Corporation Limited (LCL) and was put into effect immediately. The online site has posted a statement regarding its closure on its home page. The statement states, A review on the viability of the online casino operations was made and the Board of LCL is of the view that the ability of the online casino to turn around is very remote, despite continuous support from the parent company over the last two years.
